01Acceptance
By accessing Kaonic Ai services you agree to these terms. Institutional deployments are additionally governed by a signed service agreement, which prevails in case of conflict.
02Permitted use
Services may be used only for lawful purposes and in line with the Kaonic Ai Policy. Reverse engineering, unauthorised access, interference with autonomous operations, or resale without authorisation is prohibited.
03Accounts and access
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity conducted under your account. Suspected compromise must be reported immediately.
04Intellectual property
Kaonic Ai models, software, designs, branding and documentation remain the property of Gatavase Corporation and Gazman Advanced Technologies Ltd. Customer data remains the property of the customer.
05Service availability
We aim for high availability but services may be interrupted for maintenance, safety intervention or events beyond our control. Safety-critical operations include defined fallback behaviour.
06Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by our negligence.
07Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for breach of these terms or unsafe use. On termination, customer data is returned or deleted per the applicable agreement.
08Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda, without prejudice to mandatory protections in the user's jurisdiction.
